Milonga for Peace
Let’s dance tango on the streets of Hiroshima!
We dance the Argentine Tango in a deep embrace (abrazo).
In this moment, trust and respect for each other are essential. Perhaps dancing tango is like lighting a small beacon of peace between us.
The former Hiroshima branch of the Bank of Japan is one of the few buildings in the center of the city that survived the atomic bombing but did not collapse. We want to share our idea of peace by dancing tango in this place.
